Inverter was sent from Ermelo to Our workshop in Alberton by Courier Guy

Customer reported that the inverter was not switching on.

We connected battery and indeed the inverter was not switching on.

We have found that the battery terminals had a short circuit when tested with ohm meter.

Dead Short on battery Terminals

Solution:

We replaced the DC MOSFET driver circuit components igbt optocouplers resistors and Output Relays.

The inverter came right and tested okay
